With an educational background in marketing and communication, Dwight is a 23-year veteran of the beauty industry.
Dwight was National Motivational & Training Director for a major manufacturer of hair care products. His responsibilities included training distributors, salon owners and salon professionals in such areas as marketing, retailing, client service skills, and how to build and lead a successful salon team.
He served as V.P. of Marketing for a company who manufactured image and salon management software.

After becoming an independent salon consultant, Dwight worked with thousands of salon professionals and has partnered with such companies as Paul Mitchell, Sebastian International, CosmoProf, BSG, Sally’s and numerous distributors nation-wide.

As a certified personal style consultant and former owner of TLC, Total Look Concepts, LLC Dwight created the “Look Good, Feel Great” self-esteem and appearance seminar and training package.
He has been a Spokesperson for JCPenney at Women’s Expos nation-wide and trained Nordstrom’s personal shoppers.
Dwight has authored numerous articles on the subject of salon and human development and has been a contributing editor to Salon Today Management magazine.
Dwight was a regular contributor presenter on BSG’s monthly ConneXion CD program, with his “Differentiate or Die” marketing session.
